Outlook Signature Installation Instructions

  1. Click on the signature that you'd like to use. This will open a new browser window.
  2. In the new browser window Select All (Edit > Select All or CTRL+A), then Copy (Edit > Copy or CTRL+C). You should see the signature image become highlighted.
  3. In Outlook go to Tools > Options > Mail Format > Click on the Signatures button.
  4. In the Create Signature dialog box, click New.
  5. In the Create New Signature dialog box, title your new signature. If you'd still like to include your standard signature information that you already use, select "use this existing signature as a template" before selecting Next.
  6. In the Edit Signature dialog box place the cursor where you would like the GreenPrint signature to appear (if you're using your standard signature it probably makes sense to put the GreenPrint signature after your basic info) and select Paste (Edit > Paste or CTRL+V).
  7. After you have successfully pasted the image there, click OK. You should be able to see how the full signature will appear. Click OK.
  8. At this point the Tools > Options menu is still open. You can change your default signature to be the GreenPrint signature by selecting it from the drop down menu next to "signature for new messages" and/or "signature for replies & forwards".
  9. If you want to continue using your standard signature, but choose the GreenPrint signature on a case by case basis, you can select it during the composition of an email by right clicking on the signature field.
